Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of systems analysis or application development experience, or 7+ years with a bachelor's degree; 11+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade software in Java, Python, C# or similar.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Lead architecture and optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Review and approve AI architectures, including multi-step LLM workflows.
• Develop APIs and frameworks connecting AI models to internal systems.
• Establish prompt engineering standards and testing frameworks.
• Drive model testing and performance analysis using enterprise frameworks.
• Mentor engineers on software engineering best practices and AI architecture.
