Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent
• 7 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, technology, digital transformation or analytics including 2 years in enterprise AI

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year AI strategy and roadmap with executive alignment
• Manage AI governance forums, risk evaluations, and regulatory reviews
• Drive AI enablement programs, learning initiatives, and change management
• Identify and advance AI transformation opportunities with measurable impact
• Develop AI value realization metrics and executive dashboards
• Evaluate emerging AI vendors and platforms to inform decisions
• Promote collaboration across business, technology, and functions
• Perform other duties as assigned
