Ladders is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect, Customer Success to guide the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with executives, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable architectures and actionable implementation plans.

This remote US role accelerates AI adoption through proofs of concept, post-launch optimization, and responsible AI practices, with emphasis on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CX, CRM, or AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with APIs and modern integration patterns (REST/JSON).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect, Customer Success to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will guide the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve customer experience and operational outcomes for enterprise clients. You will partner closely with executives, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable architectures and practical implementation plans. The position also plays a key role in accelerating adoption through proofs of concept, post-launch optimization, and responsible AI practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,300 – $236,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational performance
• Translate business objectives into scalable AI architectures that support efficiency and ROI
• Design data integration patterns to enable seamless cross-platform orchestration
