Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal AI Security Solutions Architect to define and drive the technical strategy for secure AI adoption and AI-enabled security outcomes across North America. You will work with CISOs, Chief AI Officers, security leaders, enterprise architects, and builders as they move generative AI and agentic systems into production.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology domain experience across software, cloud, security, and data analytics.
Experience evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud.
Ability to communicate across technical and C-level audiences, including workshops and publications.
Experience in security, AI security, cloud architecture, and large-scale design.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year technical strategy for Security AI across the AWS org and field teams.
Advise senior customer leaders on AI security strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes.
Lead complex engagements involving generative AI, agent systems, and data protection.
Define architectures applying AI to security workflows: detection, triage, remediation.
Turn recurring problems into repeatable field mechanisms and reference architectures.
Establish outcome measures linking technical work to risk reduction and faster deployments.
Mentor and develop Principal-level technical capability across the SA community.
