Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal AI Security Solutions Architect to define and drive technical strategy for secure AI adoption across North America. You will work with CISOs and enterprise leaders to move generative AI into production with secure architectures and governance.

You will align teams, produce reference architectures, and develop measurable outcomes that reduce risk while enabling rapid AI deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech domains (software, cloud, security, data)
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year technical strategy for Security AI across the AGS Security & Networking SA Team.
• Advise senior customer leaders on security strategy for AI adoption, translating goals into architecture decisions and investments.
• Lead complex customer engagements involving generative AI and agentic systems including identity, least privilege, data protection, and risk management.
• Define architectures for applying AI to security workflows: detection, triage, investigation, remediation, and control validation.
• Develop reference architectures, decision frameworks, and workshops to scale field adoption.
