Job summary

AWS is seeking a Principal AI Security Solutions Architect to define and drive the technical strategy for secure AI adoption across North America. You will work with CISOs, AI leaders, and architects to move generative AI into production with controlled access, data protection, and secure software supply chains.

You will lead multi-year security AI strategy, advise senior leaders, and coordinate across AWS security and AI teams to deliver repeatable reference architectures and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology domains such as security, cloud, networking, data & analytics.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level.
• Experience developing end-to-end technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year technical strategy for Security AI across the AGS Security & Networking SA Team.
• Advise senior customer leaders on security strategy for AI adoption, translating goals into architecture decisions and governance models.
• Lead complex engagements involving generative AI and agentic systems, including identity, data protection, and risk considerations.
• Define architectures for applying AI to security workflows such as detection, triage, investigation, remediation, and control validation.
• Turn recurring customer problems into repeatable field mechanisms with reference architectures and workshops.
• Establish outcome measures linking technical work to reduced risk, faster secure deployment, and product improvement.
• Build durable relationships across AWS security and AI service teams and field organizations.
• Gather evidence across customers to influence product strategy, roadmaps, and field investment.
• Create executive and technical narratives giving customers a clear point of view on secure AI adoption.
