Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal AI Security Solutions Architect to define and drive a technical strategy for secure AI adoption and AI-enabled security outcomes across North America.

You will work with CISOs, security leaders, enterprise architects, and builders as they move generative AI into production, ensuring architectures that balance speed with control over identities, data, and software supply chains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security, cloud, or related tech domains.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience building technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level.
• Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year technical strategy for Security AI across the AGS Security & Networking SA Team.
• Advise senior customer leaders on AI security adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex customer engagements involving generative AI and agentic systems.
• Define architectures for applying AI to security workflows and establish evaluation criteria.
• Turn recurring customer problems into repeatable field mechanisms and guidance.
• Establish outcome measures linking work to reduced risk and faster secure deployment.
• Build durable relationships across AWS security and AI service teams and field organizations.
• Gather evidence to influence product strategy, roadmaps, and service integration.
• Create executive and technical narratives on secure AI adoption for customers and AWS teams.
• Develop Principal-level technical capability across the SA community.
