Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own the vision and roadmaps for agentic AI that changes how organizations ship and run software.

You will partner with engineering and leadership to shape pricing, packaging, and monetization while aligning with strategic customer needs. You will drive 0→1 innovation, define operational excellence in AI agents, and lead go-to-market planning with partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT) experience
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products—from concept through GTM

• Develop and pressure-test business models — including pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies

• Engage customers and partners at executive level to shape the roadmap and build strategic relationships across AI ecosystem

Key job responsibilities

• Engage customers and partners at the executive level to shape the roadmap and build strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience


• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience


• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading the strategy for developer productivity tools or AI-assisted development workflows

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
