ServiceTitan, Inc. is hiring for an experienced engineer to lead the DevEx AI-native tooling initiative. You will architect and build agent orchestration, harnesses, and LLM reasoning loops, setting patterns others will follow across the engineering org.

You will mentor teams and drive long‑term platform strategy with minimal oversight. You will own complex system designs, anticipate problems, and deliver autonomous outcomes in a small, high‑trust team, shaping the future of AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of software engineering experience.
• Recent hands-on work building coding-agent-runtime infrastructure.
• Experience with build systems and CI/CD in production at scale.
• Strong architectural leadership and decision-making at principal level.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native tooling and agent orchestration infrastructure.
• Lead autonomous delivery of projects with R&D peers.
• Define patterns for agent-runtime architecture adopted by teams.
• Mentor engineers to raise technical standards across the org.
• Identify 1-3 year technology needs and drive milestones.
