ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its AI-native DevEx platform. You will lead architectural decisions, own key components across agent runtimes and build infra, and drive scalable, secure systems in a small, high-impact team.

You will ship CI/CD pipelines, contribute to developer portals, and mentor engineers while collaborating with leadership to align multi-quarter plans with technical execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on platform or DevEx work with AI/agent tooling.
• Experience shipping CI/CD pipelines and build systems in production.
• Fluency with containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Make core architectural decisions and design systems within your area.
• Lead investigations and guide deep-level refactoring across domains.
• Write code with emphasis on testing, scale, resiliency, and security.
• Roadmap large tracks of work and deliver reliable estimates.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring discussions.
