• Ability to translate fluency frameworks into behavior-changing learning.
• Data-informed design with measurement and adoption analytics from the start.
• Proven ability to influence and deliver across technical, HR tech, and champion networks.

Responsibilities

• Design the enterprise learning journey to build AI fluency and agentic tool adoption.
• Translate AI-first craft skills into learning content for hiring, onboarding, review readiness, and promotion criteria.
• Partner with teams to connect learning engagement to the enterprise AI measurement framework (adoption, productivity, quality).
• Pilot new formats and tools, evaluate signals quickly, and scale effective approaches.
