Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design and deliver high-performance AI-powered applications on AWS. You will build backend services in Go, craft frontend components with JavaScript/TypeScript, and integrate with Genesys Cloud APIs to enhance CX workflows.

You will lead cloud-native deployments, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years working with AI solutions.
• Agentic AI development, including RAG pipelines and MCP framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Agentic AI solutions leveraging Genesys Cloud platform.
• Design and implement robust integrations to extend Agentic AI functionalities.
• Build scalable backend applications using Go.
• Create dynamic front-end components with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps using Kubernetes on AWS.
• Integrate with Genesys Cloud APIs to enhance CX workflows.
• Ensure performance, scalability and reliability in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with product, architects and UX to define requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in peer code reviews.
