Job summary

Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) seeks a skilled ML Engineer to design, implement, and manage AWS AI/ML and GenAI solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll lead delivery, architect scalable pipelines, and drive customer success in the AWS cloud.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor teammates, and guide customers through best practices as you implement secure, scalable AI/ML workloads across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI projects.
• Ability to design scalable ML pipelines and architectures.
• Experience consulting with customers on cloud AI/ML solutions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from business needs to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement ML pipelines that are high-performance, reliable, and scalable.
• Design scalable ML solutions and MLOps using AWS services and GenAI when applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, analyze, and operationalize data and AI/ML models.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on AI/ML and GenAI solutions and cloud architectures.
• Share knowledge and best practices through mentoring, training, publications, and reusable artifacts.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and support customers in cloud adoption strategies.
