Job summary

eClinical Solutions LLC is seeking a Principal AI Engineer – Automation & AI to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation across our enterprise. This hands-on role (70–80% coding) operates in a small, high-output team and partners with business leaders to translate high-value use cases into production AI systems.

You will deliver end-to-end AI solutions, lead technical initiatives, and ship iterative improvements weekly or bi-weekly in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI/LLM work.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and automation across enterprise functions.
• Build production-grade AI systems including multi-agent workflows and RAG-based apps.
• Prototype, validate, and deploy AI solutions with rapid iteration and measurable impact.
• Lead technical guidance for a small team of AI engineers and automation specialists.
