FullStack is seeking a Part-time Principal AI Engineer (Agentic AI) / Tech Lead to join our team. You will collaborate with client teams and our product squads to design and ship production-grade AI solutions.

You'll own end-to-end delivery, architect scalable systems, and mentor engineering peers while aligning with client goals and project timelines. Remote in the United States with PT overlap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Expertise in designing and shipping production-grade agentic AI applications and complex LLM architectures.
• Has integrated LLM provider APIs, autonomous agent frameworks, and custom tool-calling mechanisms into software products.
• Track record of acting as a technical liaison, interfacing with clients and stakeholders to scope technical work.
• Solid background in system architecture, distributed systems, and modern API integrations.
• Own CI/CD deployment pipelines, automated testing, and failure/retry strategies for AI workflows.
