You will own architectural guidance, code reviews, and hands-on pairing while ensuring delivery across the full SDLC. This role demands leadership, strong communication, and a passion for building scalable platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead AI-native transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
- Act as senior enablement resource with AI tooling and workflows.
- Own enablement lifecycle: readiness, docs, adoption at scale.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted SDLC practices and agent workflows.
- Architect reusable enablement patterns and reference implementations.
- Lead internal AI tooling/platform development with SDKs and integrations.
- Bridge platform capabilities with team needs and feedback.
