Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with cloud-native services and architectures.
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE, Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
• Experience with build, integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, Maven).
• Familiarity with AI platforms and GenAI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across experiments, prototypes, and pilots in emerging tech and AI.
• Guide architecture choices, platform patterns, and enterprise adoption decisions.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on security, governance and integration.
• Design PoCs across diverse technologies and ensure feasible, reusable patterns.
• Translate experiment learnings into actionable technical guidance and documentation.
