Uber Freight in Seattle seeks a Principal Product Manager - AI & Efficiency to shape the product strategy for AI-driven logistics optimization. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and platforms that improve delivery predictability for customers.

You’ll translate complex problems into clear outcomes, drive AI-first roadmaps, and partner with engineers, data scientists, and product designers to scale solutions across tens of billions in freight.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of Product Management experience developing and deploying world-class products.
• Data-first approach to problem solving.
• You are both an executor and advocate for solving the right problems.
• You take problems as opportunities and lead through rallying and influence.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear product vision and strategy for the team, identifying short-term and long-term initiatives.
• Translate user needs into product requirements by deeply understanding problems and opportunities.
• Leverage AI throughout research, prototyping, and build to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Effectively communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and results to internal and external audiences.
• Lead the discovery, development, and adoption of innovative features that improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to drive execution.
• Build and nurture a team culture centered around collaboration, execution, and results.
