Job summary

FleetWorks is building an AI-powered, multi-channel freight marketplace that matches carriers and brokers. We’re seeking a Product Manager who has shipped category-defining products and can partner with the CEO to shape vision, strategy, and execution for marketplace products handling hundreds of thousands of AI-powered interactions daily.

You will refine the product roadmap, drive end-to-end execution with cross-functional partners, and set the bar for product excellence as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Experience building category-defining products.
• Ability to scale products from 0→1 to market standard.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
• Experience working with data in an AI-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Refine vision, strategy, and roadmap for broker AI product lines with founders.
• Drive end-to-end execution with engineering, operations, and GTM to ship and iterate.
• Set high standards for product excellence in scoping, prioritization, launch, and learning as the product scales.
