Job summary

NavLogic AI is building an AI-native operating platform for freight forwarders and NVOCCs. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to translate complex freight-forwarding operations into reliable AI products, owning discovery through production adoption and redesigning workflows rather than simply digitizing them.

You will partner with freight operators, customers, design, engineering, and AI teams. Success means fewer manual touches, shorter shipment handling times, higher accuracy, earlier

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B, enterprise-software, or complex-workflow product management.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one product or major product domain.
• Background in freight-forwarding, logistics SaaS, or enterprise-AI/workflow product experience.

Responsibilities

• Freight Workflow Discovery & Redesign: study end-to-end freight workflows and redesign processes.
• Product Strategy & Prioritization: define users, value propositions, MVPs and roadmaps.
• AI Agent & Workflow Design: create deterministic rules and multi-agent patterns.
• Reliability, Controls & Auditability: build safeguards, approvals, and audit trails.
• End-to-End Product Delivery: produce PRDs, state diagrams, and backlogs.
• Evaluation & Business Metrics: track accuracy, latency, adoption and ROI.
• Customer Validation & Commercialization: interview operators and drive pilots to paid deployments.
• Frontier-to-Product & Competitive Research: prototype valuable features and study competitors.
