Job summary
Amazon's Fulfillment Technologies team is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the vision and strategy for outbound flow products, optimizing delivery accuracy, speed, and cost across global FC operations.
You will lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, operations, data science, and safety, defining roadmaps, driving end-to-end delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to scale and improve processes with GenAI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Responsibilities
- Set holistic product vision and roadmap.
- Manage relationships with leadership across AFT and stakeholders.
- Drive strategy, expansion, and investment planning.
- Build cross-team alignment with key internal partners.
- Prioritize multiple workstreams and initiatives.
- Unblock challenges and decide on course of action.
- Collaborate with PMs, Eng, Ops, Science, and EHS.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual business reports.
