Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Partner Alliances Manager to build and grow strategic technology partnerships across North America. You will align with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive pipeline and joint revenue, positioning WEKA as the data layer beneath AI stacks and orchestrating integrations and validated designs.

You will own alliance portfolios, craft joint GTM plans, and secure executive sponsorship, enabling cross-partner opportunities and scalable co-sell motions across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology sales, strategic alliances, or partner management.
• Proven success managing ISV partnerships and driving joint GTM, pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, MLOps, Kubernetes, orchestration, and AI infra.
• Ability to work across product, engineering, sales, and executive teams to drive integrations.
• Established relationships across the North American AI, cloud, and tech ecosystem.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact partnerships and translate relationships into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication with technical teams, sales orgs, and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the ISV alliance portfolio across North America, building deep, trusted partnerships.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies, drive joint pipeline, co-selling, and revenue growth.
• Lead with the AI data layer and position WEKA in partner reference architectures.
• Drive technical integration and validation with product and engineering teams.
• Create cross-partner opportunities intersecting orchestration, MLOps, and inference platforms.
• Build executive alignment and sponsorship across partner organizations.
• Enable sales, pre-sales, solution architects, and developer relations teams.
• Generate and accelerate pipeline with WEKA's North America sales team.
• Represent WEKA at partner events, conferences, and executive briefings.
