Aledade is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to shape the AI-powered data platform. You will architect high-performance foundations and scale systems to support millions of users, while mentoring teams and guiding cross-functional initiatives in a remote-first culture.

You will lead architectural decisions, optimize data ingestion and processing, and drive strategic technology investments across multiple product areas.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of production-level experience building scalable systems
• 6+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker
• 4+ years with SQL or other database querying languages
• Experience architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Strong familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go)
