Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering & architecture, technical leadership with progressive responsibility leading architecture/engineering teams at scale.
• Proven senior/principal architect experience defining enterprise architecture vision and governing technology decisions across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture strategy for AI-native engineering across SDLC.
• Establish AI-enabled patterns: code generation with constraints, automated conformance testing.
• Define and enforce governance for AI in engineering: human-in-the-loop approvals, traceability, hygiene.
• Lead cloud-native transformation, API-first design, event-driven and domain-driven architectures.
• Apply enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate architecture analysis and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture governance, establishing principles and reference architectures for enterprise delivery.
• Drive architecture simplification and reduce technical debt, accelerating time-to-market.
• Establish reusable AI-enabled engineering patterns across SDLC/toolchain with traceability and security controls.
