Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business architecture, strategy consulting, or operating model design within financial services.
• Deep domain knowledge of wealth management operations and client lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architecture artifacts (capability models, value streams, blueprints).
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state business architecture for AI-enabled wealth management with capability maps and operating model blueprints.
• Drive large-scale functional solutions across lines of business to unify platform strategies.
• Gather requirements from global stakeholders and map current vs. target data flows and platforms.
• Translate business needs into technology proposals understood by business and tech audiences.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with measurable success criteria.
• Maintain inventory of business capabilities and map to platforms/tech.
• Develop business cases for AI investments with value propositions and metrics.
• Design future-state operating models integrating agentic AI into wealth management processes.
• Establish governance frameworks and guardrails for AI-enabled processes.
• Conduct workshops to align priorities and drive consensus among leadership.
• Provide updates to senior management on progress, risks, and recommendations.
