Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related professional/military engineering experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Knowledge of the MRB process and MRB experience.
• Experience with CAD programs such as CATIA V5, NX, Visualization Pro, TeamCenter, MES or similar.

• Establish and maintain MRB authority to autonomously address role challenges.
• Assess, disposition, and approve non-conformances and ECRs in flight-test environments.
• Coordinate dispositioned repairs with support roles to ensure final product integrity.
