Job summary

Social Capital Resources in Tampa seeks a Product Manager to help grow their Prime Services platform, a modern institutional trading, custody, and technology platform. You will translate buyside needs into detailed requirements for Engineering, Design, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Professional Services, and own the product strategy and roadmap.

The role requires deep understanding of hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and familiarity with FIX, API integrations, OMS/EMS,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
Experience building product capabilities within institutional brokerage, prime brokerage, or capital markets infrastructure.
Strong understanding of buyside workflows and institutional onboarding, trading, risk, and reporting.
Direct experience with hedge funds, family offices, prop trading, or asset managers.
Familiarity with platforms and providers such as Interactive Brokers, Bloomberg EMSX, FlexTrade, or similar ecosystems.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist with building a Prime Services platform for hedge funds and professional market participants.
Translate buyside needs into detailed product requirements and workflows for Engineering, Design, Trading, Operations, and Compliance.
Develop capabilities for low-latency trading, DMA, smart order routing, FIX/API integrations, and OMS/EMS connectivity.
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Prime Services, including onboarding, account structures, and reporting tools.
Define user experiences for hedge funds, asset managers, and traders across web, desktop, portal, FIX, and API workflows.
Collaborate with Risk, Trading, Operations, and Compliance to design market access controls and risk checks.
