Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
• 4+ years in product capabilities within institutional brokerage, prime brokerage, custody, or capital markets infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of buyside workflows, onboarding, account structures, trading, and risk management.
• Direct experience with hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, or prime brokerage platforms.
• Familiarity with major institutional platforms and providers such as Interactive Brokers, Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg EMSX, and related ecosystems.
• Ability to translate complex business, regulatory, trading, and technical requirements into clear product requirements and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building a Prime Services platform for hedge funds, family offices, and professional market participants.
• Translate client needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and implementation plans for cross-functional teams.
• Develop capabilities for low-latency execution, DMA, FIX/API integrations, and OMS/EMS connectivity.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Prime Services, including onboarding, account structures, and billing.
• Define the user experience across web, desktop, portal, and API workflows.
• Collaborate with Risk, Trading, Operations, and Compliance to design regulatory and risk management workflows.
