You will champion automated testing, work in an Agile setup with CI/CD, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for prime brokerage services.

Qualifikationen

• 6-10 years in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Experience delivering software using iterative Agile approaches.
• Experience with CI/CD, microservices, containerized deployment, and cloud engineering.

• Deliver and own cash and fixed-income data processing components (Java/Kotlin) within the Prime Brokerage Technology platform
• Champion developer-led automated testing as a core engineering practice
• Work within an Agile team with a strong focus on CI/CD
• Participate in design, planning, and estimation discussions
• Partner with management teams to ensure integrated functions and identify system enhancements
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business processes and architecture
• Provide subject-matter expertise and ensure designs align with architecture blueprint
• Define coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
• Understand how architecture, infrastructure, and business functions integrate to achieve goals
• Deliver in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Provide technical leadership and coach mid-level developers and analysts
