Job summary

Austin Commercial in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Prime Contracts Manager to lead contract administration for our Phoenix division. You will oversee contract action plans, track schedules, prepare notices, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely compliance with prime contracts.

This full-time role requires a JD and at least 5 years of post-award contract administration experience in construction.

Qualifications

• JD required for the position.
• 5+ years’ experience with post-award contract administration in construction or similar industry.
• Superior written and oral communication and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and management of prime contract action plan/matrix for timely compliance.
• Prepare notices and related follow-up documentation to Owner for issuance by Project Director.
• Support input from Project Managers and subcontractors for data in support of prime contract communications.
• Receive and review Owner correspondence; assign actions and monitor timely responses.
• Attend progress review meetings and publish minutes; ensure timely action items.
