Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Job Order Contract Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects, manage multiple job orders, and mentor team members from planning through closeout.

You will oversee pricing, proposals, contracts, safety, budgets, schedules, procurement, and design-build coordination to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to high standards, while fostering client relationships and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture and health and safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration and technical support.
• Develop and implement the project safety plan and lead health and safety practices.
• Ensure project conforms to design, budget, resources, quality and schedule.
• Manage subcontracts, major purchase orders, and progress payments.
• Monitor design progress and compliance, coordinate design-management and quality plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
