Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini company, is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in Rosemount, MN or Milwaukee, WI. You will develop and maintain schedules for heavy civil projects, track progress, and support EVM and resource loading.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of scheduling experience are required. Responsibilities include leading pull-planning sessions, preparing schedule reports, and collaborating with field teams to keep projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on heavy civil construction projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, rail, utilities, etc.).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Experience with public projects such as infrastructure, water/wastewater, buildings, or commercial construction is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases—from pre-construction through close-out.
• Track, update, and report on schedule progress, performance, and potential delays.
• Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Create schedule fragments and incorporate them into the master schedule for time impact analyses and scenario studies.
• Prepare, review, and deliver project schedule reports.
• Support earned value analysis (EVM), cost/resource loading and modeling, claims, and other scheduling-related tasks as needed.
