JT Engineering, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Primavera P6 Specialist to join our Transportation team across four Wisconsin offices.

The role develops, maintains, and analyzes complex project schedules, collaborating with project managers and engineers to align schedules with objectives. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in scheduling within civil/construction, proficiency in Primavera P6, and strong CPM knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; equivalent mix of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of project scheduling or project controls within civil/construction/infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (Oracle) for schedules and analysis.
• Strong understanding of CPM, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis.
• Proven ability to develop, review, and advise on complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee complex project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope and milestones.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance, and update schedules to meet objectives.
• Perform critical path analysis, forecast scheduling, and health assessments.
• Prepare schedule reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
• Conduct schedule impact analyses for scope changes and delays.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resources.
• Provide scheduling guidance and communicate risks to stakeholders.
