Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Scheduler to join our office in Rosemount, MN or Milwaukee, WI. This role develops and maintains schedules for heavy civil projects, tracks progress, and leads schedule review meetings with field and project teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, 5+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of scheduling experience on heavy civil construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Experience with public projects such as infrastructure preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases—from pre-construction through close-out.
• Track, update, and report on schedule progress, performance, and potential delays.
• Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• Create schedule fragments and integrate into the master schedule for analyses.
• Prepare, review, and deliver project schedule reports.
• Support earned value analysis and related scheduling tasks.
