Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of scheduling on heavy civil construction projects.

• Experience with public infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases—from pre-construction through close-out.
• Track, update, and report schedule progress and delays.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule alignment with objectives.
• Create schedule fragments and master schedule for time impact studies.
• Prepare time impact assessments and deliver project schedule reports.
• Lead schedule review meetings with field and project management.
• Support earned value analysis and related scheduling tasks.
