Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services company, seeks a highly skilled Construction Project Scheduler to lead Primavera P6 scheduling for complex construction projects in the West Texas region. You will work with project managers, engineers, and field teams to build and maintain detailed schedules, perform critical path analysis, and support change management.

On-site for approximately 2 years. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Primavera P6 experience, plus

• 3+ years hands-on Primavera P6 experience in a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and project controls.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate cost, resources, and schedule data for planning and controls.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather input and update schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Generate and present schedule reports, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
• Ensure schedule compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
• Support change management by analyzing schedule impacts of scope changes.
