Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions, LLC in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Construction Project Scheduler with Primavera P6 to support complex construction project planning and execution. You will own detailed schedules, drive transparency, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams; perform critical path analyses and generate recovery plans. CFG performance and earned value management familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field – or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 in a construction environment.
• Proficient understanding of CPM scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate cost, resources, and schedule data to support project planning and controls.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather input and update schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Generate and present schedule reports, look-ahead, and recovery plans.
• Ensure schedule compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
• Support change management by analyzing schedule impacts of scope changes.
