Qualifications

• Phonics experience is desirable, preferably Little Wandle.
• Experience with pupils who have SEN would be an advantage.
• Strong observation and documentation of progress are important.
• Ability to support differentiated learning and organise displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with observation and monitoring of pupil progress.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions and track achievements.
• Prepare differentiated learning materials and organize classroom displays.
