EdEx – Education Recruitment is recruiting a Nursery / Reception (EYFS / Early Years) Teaching Assistant for an outstanding primary school in the Borough of Islington. The role covers Nursery and Reception (3-4 year olds) with Phonics, Reading and Writing sessions and mild SEND support. ASAP start for a full-time, permanent post.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social care qualification or higher
• Degree from a reputable university
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Bubbly and energetic personality
• Able to work in a large team

Responsibilities

• Carry out Phonics, Spelling, Reading and Writing sessions
• Support mild Special Educational Needs
• Work across Nursery and Reception (3-4 year olds)
• ASAP start; full-time, permanent post
• Hours 8AM-5PM with a 45-minute break
