A leading educational partnership in Arnold is seeking a dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to support primary school pupils on a flexible basis. Successful candidates will assist in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms, providing essential support and fostering a positive learning environment. Ideal candidates should have experience with children aged 4–11, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain a DBS. Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 4–11 in a UK primary school setting.
• Good communication and behaviour management skills.
• Understanding of classroom routines and the primary curriculum.
• Knowledge of Phonics and Read, Write Inc. is desirable.
• Organised, adaptable and enthusiastic.
• Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes.
• Offer one-to-one or small group support.
• Contribute to a collaborative school environment.
• Engage effectively with pupils.
