Job summary

Principal Resourcing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Secondary Teaching Assistants across partner schools in the North Lincolnshire area. You will support teachers to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally every day.

This role offers a proven training pathway, hands-on classroom experience, and ongoing mentoring. Our DfE-approved compliance processes ensure you are classroom-ready quickly, with placements matching your skills.
