Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic in Naperville, IL. This on-site role is contract to hire, with 20 hours per week and clinic hours Mon-Fri 8:30‑7:30, plus weekend shifts. Training/orientation is included in the first 3 weeks.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, support vaccinations and phlebotomy, and document in Epic. A BSN, active RN license, BLS, and 1+ year of relevant healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work in good standing.
• BSN degree required.
• BLS certification active and not expiring within 30 days.
• 1+ year healthcare experience, Primary/Urgen t Care or ER preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration and POC testing.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical).
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, document responses.
• Support vaccinations, phlebotomy, and point‑of‑care testing.
• Provide patient education and connect patients with resources.
• Maintain accurate charting in the Epic EMR.

Role Overview

We’re hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)to support a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. You’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient education—while documenting accurately in the EMR and collaborating with the care team.

Schedule / Coverage Expectations

20 hours a week Clinic Hours M‑F 8:30‑7:30 with 1 hour lunch Sat 9‑5:30 with 30 min lunch Sun 9‑4:30 with 30 min lunch Schedules are built in6‑week blocksafter training/orientation Training is full time schedule for first 3 weeks. Training/orientation: first 3 weeks(must be able to attend without interruptions) Typical week:2–3 weekdays + every other weekend Shifts generally fall within clinic hours and are~7–10 hours Must be able to worksome major holidays
