A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Urgent Care Registered Nurse for an on-site, temp contract in Bloomington, IN. The role pays $58.80/hr on a W2 contract (temporary) lasting about 26 weeks, with a schedule of 7–10 hour shifts.

Expect 2–3 weekdays plus every other weekend and major holidays, in a patient-facing clinic setting. Responsibilities include assessments, documentation in EMR, medications, vaccines, phlebotomy, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work in good standing.
• BLS certification valid for 30+ days beyond start date.
• 1+ year related healthcare experience.
• Recent experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER.
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred).
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• BSN required per hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an Urgent Care Registered Nurse, you’ll utilize advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care—assessing patient needs, administering treatments/medications, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with the care team to support positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (BSN required per hiring requirements)
• Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily long‑term care (LTC), skilled nursing, LTAC, home health, etc. may struggle in this clinic setting—please ensure recent acute/ambulatory experience.
