Responsibilities

• Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency.
• Assist Senior Practice Manager and physicians to develop long-range plans.
• Manage office operations to maximize patient access and satisfaction and optimize collections.
• Coordinate staff and provider schedules for quality patient care.
• Oversee HR tasks: hiring, onboarding, coaching and evaluations.
• Handle patient complaints and drive process improvements.
• Lead initiatives to ensure policy and program compliance.
• Participate in practice, regional and organizational meetings.
