Job summary

ConvenientMD in New England seeks a physician leader to guide Advanced Primary Care clinics. You will deliver patient-centered care, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive value-based outcomes with smaller panels and longer visits.

You will mentor staff, champion clinical innovation, and shape workflows that meet Bangor community needs while maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with active license and DEA.
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; advanced certifications optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with smaller panels and longer visits.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including pharmacists, nurses, and health coaches.
• Champion value-based care and proactive patient education.
• Develop workflows for APC clinics and Bangor community needs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA/compliance standards.
