Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a District Operations Specialist, Urgent Care in Portsmouth, NH to provide essential operational, administrative, and coordination support for clinics in the district. You will work with the VP of Operations, District Director, Practice Managers, and clinical teams to manage scheduling, supply, reporting, and workflows.

The role emphasizes onboarding, training, staffing initiatives, and maintaining regulatory readiness while promoting high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and workflows across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence across all clinics within the district.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers and District Operators to address gaps.
• Assist with district initiatives, processes, and priorities.
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to action plans.
• Ensure consistency in processes and communication across locations.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and patient experience efforts.
