Job summary

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, seeks a primary care physician for our Pembroke Pines clinic, onsite Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. You will deliver outpatient care to adults and seniors, with a focus on comprehensive, holistic management and strong documentation practices.

Requires MD/DO, Florida license or eligible, DEA license or ability to obtain, and 2+ years in primary/geriatric care. Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus. PTO and CME time are offered; low call burden and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification or board-eligibility in family/internal/geriatric medicine.
• Florida medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years in primary/geriatric care or chronic disease management.
• Spanish-English bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adults and seniors.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
