Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Venice, FL is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our clinic on site and report to the associate medical director. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients while maintaining accurate medical records.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with a focus on team-based care, longer patient visits, and a supportive culture that values learning. PTO and CME time are included to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine.
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain).
• Current, unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain.
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions.
• TB screening if selected for role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
