Job summary

Conviva Primary Care in Plantation, FL is seeking a board-certified physician to join our outpatient team. You will provide comprehensive care to adults and seniors, document accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, a starting compensation range of $255,000–$298,500 per year, and a benefits package including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k), PTO, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida
• Current unrestricted DEA license
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
