Job summary

Southeast Medical Group (SEMG) is seeking a board-certified physician for a full-time primary care role in Georgia, focused on delivering patient-centered care with work-life balance. No obstetrics or nights, clinic hours Monday–Friday, with on-site lab services and integrated EMR support.

The position offers a competitive base plus uncapped monthly bonuses, a $30K retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME stipend, 6 holidays, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with Georgia license in good standing.
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required.
• DEA license required.
• Residency in family practice/internal medicine completed.

Responsibilities

• Treat a wide range of medical conditions and develop long-term, personal patient relationships.
• Provide continuous health management guidance and education.
• Educate patients and support implementation of evidence-based guidelines.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners.
• Collaborate with care team; participate in peer review and performance improvement.
